Gavin Newsom will make a decision sometime in the next 120 days. He has blocked her release once before.“Nobody wants to put their name on her release, but when they’re speaking honestly or off the record, everyone wants her to go home,” her lawyer Rich Pfeiffer said after Van Houten’s last bid for freedom.Cult leader Charles Manson under arrest in 1969.
